"State Farm isn’t a bad company but this branch is not the best . Megan never responds to emails or no every answer the phones . And by the looks of the other reviews I’m not the first to complain . My advice is to always look at the reviews before coming to them . All I want is my money back from for my life insurance so I can move on to a better life insurance company . And they keep given me the run around. They are not professional. If you go to any State Farm try Lindsay or just don’t deal with them at ALL especially with life insurance they sell old life insurance not new"

"If I could i would give this Agency a zero first you can’t walk in their office you tried calling them they will not answer you phone call they will call you back the next day and then they will send a text to you really bad communication then they will lie to you about your policy increased i never known a insurance company have late fee charges I never dealt with Meg I dealt with her authorized agents sad!!!"

"I didn’t had good experience with this agency till now. I moved here and I had State farm before so thought of staying with it. I bought my car insurance with this agency and after a month, got a letter to provide address proof. I contacted the agency and provided the same and I have email trail of that. Later on, suddenly, one day I got to know from a DMV letter that my liability insurance lapsed and I need to provide proof that I had liability insurance. Obviously, I contacted the agency and they said that my insurance was cancelled a week ago because I did not provide address proof. When I provided them proof of my communication about it, they said they will check with underwriting . No update from them from few months now. I had to pay penalty to DMV for not having insurance for a certain period of time."

"We are family members of Meg, but hey guys...don't feel bad about how you are treated- we are not treated any better, it's looking like we get treated worse than the rest of you. I reached out to Meg personally 8 weeks ago with a time sensitive question...she replied that she is so busy that her time was precious. She would try and call me when she had a chance. She has not returned my call. We have no idea why she had choosen to act this way. Now after talking with corporate- MEG'S AGENCY HAS , PER CORPORATE- OUT AND OUT LIED TO US ABOUT OUR POLICY!!!!! My husband had an appointment for a phone conference and then received a call from Ann that she had accidentally double booked Meg and would call him to reschedule- that was a week ago. Have Meg or Ann called either of us....nope. Never had any issues when David ran this agency, he was always ready to help, at anytime. We had to finally reach out to David to say....hey, can you help us? I'm thinking its time to call the NC Insurance Commissioner and report her, which I just finished doing! Trust your money to an agent that values their customers, not here!"

"Worst insurance company. I have got into a car accident with one their client and they did not treat me fairly. First of all their claim agents are so bad at calling or answering your call. They take forever for any update. They screw you over with pay even close to what the fair value for your car. Go to hell with your pain and suffering, they will not consider anything you tell them or how much you suffer even after providing with all the documentation. They say they let math decide how much you suffer. Hell with your body, they let math decide everything. I would stay away from State Farm. They will never treat you fairly if you get into an accident. They are a bunch of liers and money hungry monsters."
