"When I had my insurance transferred to another state I had a lot of trouble contacting them to get it transferred at this location. It turns out even their higher ups at State farm themselves couldn't get in contact with their employee when they were on the clock couldn't contact the office when it was open and couldn't get a hold of anybody while I was trying to get a hold of somebody so that I wouldn't get in trouble for being insured in two different states at the same time. I had to call corporate in order to find out that they weren't even in the office or answering their phones for corporate let alone customers. I don't know how Meg Hunter is still working at this location after such treatment of their clients. I guess State farm didn't reprimand her in any way for breaking the law."

"I needed information regarding our Homeowners Insurance "immediately" and all it took was one phone call to Meg Hunters office and Frank was on it! Not only did he send the document over to me he also sent it to the person I was needing to get it to. And....he continued to follow up with me and that person (my banker) until we were able to speak with him and let him know that the information was exactly what was needed. But it's not just this one time....it's like this with everything. State Farm is right on top of all my needs. I truly appreciate the care and piece of mind they give me with my home and autos.
